Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services across a split facility assignment
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Delaware business license required to work in the state of Delaware
- Active account with the Delaware DHSS Background Check Center for mandatory background check and fingerprinting compliance
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with Delaware state staffing and compliance requirements
