Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team
- Document patient progress and clinical findings using the facility's electronic health record system
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support patient recovery and discharge goals
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Ability to work day shift in a full-time, onsite capacity with no weekend or call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with patients on mechanical ventilators
- Acute care level clinical background
- Outgoing and collaborative personality well-suited for an interdisciplinary team environment
