Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract assignment experience in a SNF environment
• Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare billing requirements in skilled nursing settings
