Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support patient outcomes
Maintain valid state licensure and present state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility; a photo badge must be worn at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements
