Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide services across multiple care settings within the assigned facilities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Ability to work across multiple facility locations as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites simultaneously
