Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday with one weekend day per month and one compensatory day off | 36 guaranteed hours per week | 8-week assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services within a 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
- Evaluate and treat adult and older adult patients recovering from severe injury or illness, including CVA and neurological conditions
- Manage a caseload of approximately 6.5 treatments within an 8-hour day
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary therapy team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Flex schedule to include one weekend day per month as needed
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) experience required
- Experience treating adult and older adult patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with CVA and neurological patient diagnoses and treatment
- Familiarity with acute inpatient rehabilitation workflows and productivity standards
