Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies
Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
- Demonstrated clinical experience in speech-language pathology
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
