Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across applicable age groups and diagnoses
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Required Qualifications- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of California (CA)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
