    Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel or contract therapy experience
    • Familiarity with MDS documentation and SNF reimbursement models
    • Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment including modified barium swallow studies
