Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 5x8 Hours, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a pediatric outpatient therapy setting
• Provide coverage for adult inpatient cases as needed
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Work holidays as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
• Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both pediatric outpatient and adult inpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and licensing requirements for traveling clinicians
