AlliedTravelCareers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Yorktown, Wisconsin, 54891!
Our client is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a Days shift position in Yorktown, Wisconsin. This Therapy role is based in the Northern Lights Servic -R05A29 and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Speech Language Pathologist experience.
Position Requirements
Active Wisconsin license and/or Compact license
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Speech Language Pathologist experience
2 current clinical references
Documentation Requirements
Current resume
Physical exam (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
