Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and provide caregiver education.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for safe dysphagia management.
• Document evaluations, session notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Speech-Language Pathology licence in the applicable state.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required or pending.
• Minimum 1 year SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
