Shift: Variable Days / 6a-10a start time, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, No Weekends
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- 1 year of SLP experience
- Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting
- Knowledge of PDPM
- BLS
