Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must hold current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington; minimum 0 years of prior experience required.
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure all documentation and patient records are accurately maintained in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Required to possess or obtain necessary state licensure prior to start date.
