**Join Our Team as a HI-IP Rehab Speech Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** HI-IP Rehab Speech Therapist - **Shift Information:** - Generally set schedule, 5 days per week - Likely to include 1 weekend day - **Minimum Experience Required:** - 2 years of relevant experience - **Certifications/Requirements:** - Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) - Rehabilitation Certification from ASHA - **Key Responsibilities:** - Independent completion of Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) in radiology without supervision - Provide rehabilitation services in Acute Care settings and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) - Potential referrals for outpatient care - **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech computerized documentation for inpatient - Paper and pencil documentation for outpatient - **Skills Required:** - Must be proficient in MBS study completion - Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in SNF or rehab hospital settings - **Licensure and Certifications:** - Active Hawaii Speech Therapy License (must be obtained by start of assignment) - Current BLS certification - **Floating Opportunities:** - Possible to float to other units/departments based on staffing needs - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs or according to organizational dress code policies - **Orientation/Training:** - Training in EMR documentation and rehab area expectations provided **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
