Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend required. Patient ratios 1:4-5. 13-week assignment with 12 hours of orientation.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of progressive care or step-down nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Demonstrated ability to manage and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips (critical requirement)
• Experience with patient ratios of 4-5 patients
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, blood product administration, central line management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
