Description

American Traveler is hiring a RN Step Down for a 13-week assignment requiring 18 months of recent specialty experience and a GA or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Pulmonary Thoracic Step Down unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour AM shift schedule
• 13-week travel assignment
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 18 months of Step Down experience within the past 3 years required

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
