Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in North Carolina, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, 16 years of total experience in healthcare, and at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a step-down or similar setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records, familiarity with patient care protocols in a step-down environment, and relevant certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
Additional Information: The role requires adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate competency in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.
