Travel Stepdown RN – Days/Nights 22-bed Stepdown Unit 12-hour shifts: 6:30a–7p or 6:30p–7a ⚕️ 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio Required: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS ❤️ Common cases: Heart failure, Afib, respiratory distress & stroke Must be comfortable titrating Cardizem, Amiodarone & Nitro Strong telemetry skills — RNs must read and interpret rhythms CPAP experience May float to ICU based on experience Every other weekend 1 major + 1 minor holiday 1 shift of department-specific orientation ⚡ Fast-paced unit with frequent admissions/discharges 50-mile radius rule applies RTO must be provided upfront Prescreen + Auto Offer!
