Description

American Traveler is hiring a Stepdown RN with PCU/telemetry experience and an Ohio or compact RN license for a rotating day/night hospital assignment.

Details

• Work in the HVTI-Stepdown unit of a hospital setting
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and the ED to care for the same patient population
• Day/Night rotating shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00-19:30 or 19:00-7:30)
• Shifts may vary to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
• PCU/progressive care experience preferred but not required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with passing score required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within the stepdown/PCU setting
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
