Job Title: Scope Technician Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Sterile Processing Tech Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Compact or state license required Certifications: BLS, IAHCSMM/HSPA, CRCST Must-Have: - Experience with ERCP, EUS, bronchoscope, colonoscope, and EGD - Travel experience required - Ability to float between locations - Willingness to participate in on-call duties - Knowledge of compliance standards for sterilization and infection control Description: This position is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves working specifically as a Scope Technician. Candidates must have experience with ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, and EGD procedures. The manager will conduct interviews and ask detailed questions about your experience. It is important that your work history aligns with the skills checklist provided. All candidates must complete compliance training, including CORE exams. Local candidates within 100 miles are not accepted for this position. BLS and certification in Healthcare Sterile Processing are required. Additional experience with high-level disinfection and sterile processing is preferred.
