Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience and 2+ years experience in sterile processing required. Will allow first time travelers ONLY IF they have 3 yrs of experience and level 1 trauma experience, otherwise travel experience is required. Proficient in decontamination, assembly, sterilization, case carts and scope reprocessing. Also proficient in the following service lines: Ortho, Neuro, CT, Trauma, Vascular, Oral, Plastics, ENT, and General surgeries. No time off granted requests during first contract. Core (HIPAA) exams required to be completed for compliance. No call required. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility. (BF R. Page Jr)
