Travel Sterile Processing Tech - $1,499 per week in Bend, OR

Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Sterile Processing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA required Must-Have: - Must be available to work major holidays - Experience working with Evotech systems - On-call required Description: This position requires the technician to work a 5x8 schedule from 23:00 to 07:30. Experience in surgical services and sterile processing is essential. The technician will be responsible for cleaning equipment, high-level disinfection, and sterilization procedures. Knowledge of Steris washers, ultrasonic cleaners, and autoclaves is required. Experience with instrument tracking software is preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of travel experience. Weekend work is mandatory. Knowledge of sterilization wrapping procedures and case cart assembly is necessary. Candidates must be able to provide two professional references. Flu vaccine is required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons. Travel experience is required for this position.
