Job Details

- Pay Rate: $39 to $42/hr
Responsibilities
- Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Assemble and package instrument trays according to facility standards
- Operate sterilization equipment including autoclaves, washers, and disinfectors
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Inspect instruments for proper function and cleanliness
- Support operating room and clinical staff with sterile supply needs
- Maintain organized sterile storage and inventory management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing Tech experience
- CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control practices
- Experience handling surgical instruments and sterile equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
