Shift: Flexible Schedule – 5x8s (Shift varies based on departmental needs)

Job Duties
• Lead and oversee Sterile Processing Department operations across all shifts.
• Ensure reliable instrument availability aligned with surgical schedules and patient care needs.
• Develop and support strong supervisors who maintain disciplined and accountable shift operations.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance with sterile processing regulations, infection control standards, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage staffing models, scheduling, and operational workflows to optimize department performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline staff to promote accountability and engagement.
• Foster a professional, supportive culture where team members are respected and positioned for success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, operational excellence, and team performance.
