Job Description
Lead field operations for Walmart and Sam's Club projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Manage occupied renovation and retail construction activities. Maintain project schedules and milestone completion. Enforce safety, quality, and company standards. Conduct subcontractor meetings and site coordination efforts. Manage project logistics and daily reporting. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities. Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations leadership. Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Successful Applicant
Required Experience: 5+ years of Superintendent experience. Experience managing retail construction projects. Ability to independently run projects from start to finish. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast. Ability to work night shifts as projects require.
Highly Preferred Experience: Walmart Remodels. Walmart Ground-Up Projects. Sam's Club Projects. Publix Grocery Stores. Big Box Retail Construction.
Major Plus: Walmart Certified Superintendent.
Desired Traits: Team-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills. Problem solver with a proactive approach. Strong client-facing abilities. Ability to operate effectively in occupied environments.
What's on Offer
Permanent position with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000. Annual Bonus Target: 10% of Base Salary. $40/day Per Diem. $165/week Vehicle Allowance. 401(k) with 4% Company Match. 2 Weeks PTO. 5 Sick Days. 8 Paid Holidays. Comprehensive Benefits Package.
