Traveling SuperintendentWell-established healthcare-focused general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of healthcare renovation and construction projects across the Southeast. Backed by more than 75 years of combined team experience, a focus on 100% client satisfaction, and a strong base of repeat customers, the company has become a trusted partner for healthcare systems, imaging centers, and medical providers throughout the region.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects throughout the SoutheastLead renovations and construction activities within active healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, project stakeholders, and healthcare personnel to ensure successful project executionOversee project scheduling, safety, quality control, and daily site operationsMaintain compliance with healthcare construction requirements, infection control procedures, and life safety standardsPartner closely with Project Managers and company leadership throughout project deliveryUtilize Procore and Microsoft Office Suite to track progress, maintain documentation, and manage project reportingConduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspectionsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetSupport primarily interior healthcare renovations with occasional ground-up healthcare construction assignmentsTravel throughout the Southeast region, including current opportunities in Florida and surrounding marketsThe Successful ApplicantExperience as a Superintendent within commercial constructionProven healthcare construction experience requiredExperience working within active hospitals, healthcare facilities, or occupied medical environmentsStrong understanding of healthcare renovations, project phasing, infection control, and operational constraintsAbility and willingness to travel extensively throughout the SoutheastProficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsProven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and project milestonesStable work history with successful project delivery experienceGround-up healthcare construction experience preferredWhat's on OfferCompetitive compensation package based on experienceCompany truck and gas card401(k) with 4% company matchThree weeks PTOHotel accommodations paid directly by the company$40/day food per diem while travelingImmediate project opportunities across the SoutheastStrong backlog of negotiated healthcare workCareer advancement with a growing healthcare construction specialist
