Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at approximately $20M and above
  • Manage daily field operations from project kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses safely and efficiently
  • Enforce quality control standards and ensure all work meets project specifications
  • Oversee site logistics, safety programs, and workforce management
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Utilize ProjectSight and Microsoft Project to manage project documentation and scheduling
  • Travel throughout the Southeast to support a strong backlog of upcoming multifamily developments
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget

Profile

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver large-scale construction projects
  • Experience managing projects or phases valued at $20M or greater
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
  • Experience utilizing construction management software such as ProjectSight, Procore, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project scheduling software preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
  • Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control, and field operations
  • Stable work history with a desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
