Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
  • Effectively manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Monitor and accurately interpret cardiac telemetry results.
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including charge nurses and nurse aides.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including maintaining a sterile field during procedures.
  • Complete orientation including SIMs Lab skills in catheter insertion and wound care.

Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to assignment acceptance.
  • Proficiency in Cerner EMR and experience with BiPAP and CPAP equipment.
  • Flexibility to float to related units and adapt to different facility policies and equipment.
