This role involves assisting surgeons during operative procedures. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. The work schedule requires flexibility, including a rotating late schedule. There are no weekend or call responsibilities. The charting system utilized is paper-based. Successful candidates will ensure patient safety and support the surgical team effectively. Candidates must adhere to all policies and have the required certifications to be considered for this position. Communication and teamwork are critical components of this role.
