Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Surgical Technician First Assist across a variety of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and Robotic procedures
• Provide first assist support during surgical cases, ensuring safe and efficient intraoperative care
• Fulfill a minimum of 1–2 on-call shifts per week as part of the expected schedule
• Participate in 1 weekend 24-hour on-call shift per month; daytime coverage supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager and nighttime coverage supported by a Charge role — no requirement to run the board or schedule cases during these shifts

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist First Assist (CSFA) or equivalent credential required
• Demonstrated experience in Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, and ENT surgical specialties
• Robotics experience required
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including weekend 24-hour call shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Familiarity with a high-volume or fast-paced surgical environment
