Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment
- Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
- Assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures
- Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and needle counts
- Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
