Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available including 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Day shifts typically 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with extended hours based on case load. Rotating weekends and holidays. On-call requirement: one night every two weeks and one weekend every six weeks.

- Ability to fulfill on-call responsibilities and work flexible hours
- Current state licensure and all mandatory certifications
