Job Opportunity – Sterile Processing Technician – Portland, OR 97213

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (11:00 PM - 9:00 AM), Wednesday through Saturday. No on-call required. Weekend coverage is part of the regular schedule.

Requirements:

• Active certification from CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA required
• Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience with robotic instrumentation, particularly Da Vinci surgical systems, strongly preferred
• Proficiency in sterilization procedures, high-level disinfection, case cart preparation, and equipment documentation
• Knowledge of steam sterilization, biological and chemical indicators, and immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS)
• Experience with various surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN, urology, and endoscopy
• Valid state license or compact license required at time of submission
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
