Travel Surgical Tech - $1,198 to $1,398 per week in Denver, CO

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you’ll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You’ll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current NBSTSA certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• DORA certification as required by Colorado credentialing authorities.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year current acute care CST hospital experience; client requires at least 1 year of current acute care CST experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience working in main OR settings with elective surgical cases, including ortho, spine, general, cardiovascular, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology preferred.
• Experience with OR electronic medical records and perioperative systems such as OREMR, Meditech, or similar preferred.
• Ability to respond to call within a 30-minute timeframe as required by unit guidelines.
• Preferred: prior CVOR or ortho/spine experience. Preferred: experience in teamwork-focused, elective-case environments.

• Unit Environment: Teamwork-focused, elective cases only, no trauma.
• Call Requirement: On-call response within 30 minutes.
• Electronic Systems: Experience with OREMR / Meditech / CPNT preferred.
