Job Title: CST/ORT Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute care hospital CST experience License: NBSTA and DORA Certifications active Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital CST experience - Active NBSTA and DORA Certifications Description: The role involves working in an operating room setting. You will be part of a team responsible for various surgical procedures. The unit typically performs total joints and spine surgeries. Experience with transplant procedures such as kidney and liver transplants is highly preferred. Familiarity with robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics procedures is beneficial. You will be required to participate in on-call shifts during weekends. On-call responsibilities typically consist of 8-12 calls per 8-week period. A 30-minute response time is expected when on-call. Candidates should be adaptable to a self-scheduling system after initial shifts are assigned.
