Travel Surgical Tech - $1,347 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Job Title: CST/ORT Profession: Surgical Technologist/Operating Room Technician Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: CST certification mandatory Certifications: BSN preferred, CNOR exam open to qualified candidates Must-Have: - Strong neuro experience - Surgical experience or completion of a peri-operative internship program Description: MUST HAVE STRONG NEURO EXPERIENCE. For call, there is one week day per week and one weekend per month. The weekend call is 24 hours, starting Friday at 3 PM and continuing until Monday at 7 AM. Unit information includes: - Number of ORs: 12 - Patient ratios: 1:1 Type of equipment includes EMR - Meditech. Typical hiring profile includes: Candidates without required skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates with DaVinci robotic experience and orthopedic experience are preferred. Typical procedures performed include: Orthopedic procedures, general surgery, advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures, bariatrics, neurosurgery - spine and craniotomies. Weekend call rotation is self-scheduled by staff.
