Travel Surgical Tech - $1,450 per week in Denver, CO

Job Title: CST/L&D Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of current CST L&D experience License: Active CST License Certifications: BLS, NBSTA, and DORA Certifications must be active Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This is a travel CST position in Labor and Delivery. The unit has a total of 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs. The staff consists of approximately 60 members. On the day shift, the staffing typically includes 1 charge RN, 3 L&D RNs, and 2 CNAs, with additional sitters as needed. The night shift follows the same staffing pattern. Patient ratios are 1:1 to 1:2 for Labor and Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum, aligning with established guidelines. Typical procedures performed on the unit include versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs. Ideal candidates should possess a flexible and adaptable personality, demonstrating kindness and a no-drama attitude. This position will require the use of electronic medical records and specific equipment as outlined by the unit. Candidates with LDRP and postpartum experience will be given preference.
