Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment
Handle specialized equipment such as DaVinci Robotics
Support surgical procedures including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
Participate in on-call rotations, with a 30-minute response time requirement when on-call
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital CST experience
Active NBSTA and DORA Certifications
Transplant and spine experience preferred
Prior Meditech experience is advantageous
