Job Title: Surgical Tech
Location: Northridge, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Evening Shift (5x8)

Pay Rate: $1550 to $1850 per week

As a Surgical Tech, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps surgeries running smoother than a well-rehearsed orchestra (just with more scrubs and fewer violins).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
- Set up operating rooms with instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques
- Handle surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies with accuracy
- Perform counts before, during, and after procedures
- Clean and restock operating rooms post-surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent surgical tech experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Ability to stay focused in high-pressure environments
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- BLS certification required
