Travel Surgical Tech - $1,618 to $1,818 per week in York, PA

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). This certification is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Technologist with multi-specialty exposure. Candidate must have experience in orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, and robotics.
• Level I trauma center experience required.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
• First-time travel clinicians not accepted.
• Preferred: additional perioperative certifications or advanced robotics credentialing. These are preferred, not required.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift schedule: Day 4x10-hour, 07:00 - 17:30.
• On-call/call-back: 2–3 calls within a 6-week matrix with a 30-minute callback response expectation.
• Weekend requirement: 3–4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix. Weekends may include day, evening, or night shifts.
• Holiday requirement: Holidays scheduled per department needs and may include day, evening, or night shifts.
• Float requirement: Candidate may be required to float within the healthcare system to cover service needs.
