Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:30 - 17:00). Call required, averaging approximately 10 days per month including weekends (1-2 weekends per month and 1-2 weekdays per week). Daily case volume of 6 patients across 4 operating rooms.

- Expanding service line maintaining four rooms until 1700 to meet growing patient needs

- 36-hour orientation program with onsite module completion
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of CVOR scrub experience required
- NBSTSA or NCCT certification required in hand at time of submission
- Valid Oklahoma or Compact state allied license required
- Current experience in both heart and vascular surgery strongly preferred
- Proficiency in aseptic technique, sterilization/disinfection, and laparoscopic-assisted cases
- First-time travelers accepted
- Candidates residing within 75 miles are not accepted
