Description:
NBSTSA certification is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
An auto offer may be provided with the ability for a manager interview if necessary.
Shifts will be during the day, with every other weekend and holiday required.
Types of cases required include General, Orthopedic, Endo/Lap, GYN, and Robotics.
Preferred types of cases include Spine/Joint, Urology, Vascular, Neuro, Thoracic, Bariatric, and ENT.
The facility consists of 5 operating rooms.
Candidates will participate in weekend calls, totaling three weekend calls per month.
Weekend call will be 8 hours in duration.
There will be two weeknight calls per month from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Clinicians will not float within their scope to meet facility needs.
Local candidates are accepted.
There are no accommodations for block scheduling.
RTO restrictions apply, with one request allowed.
This is an acute care facility, classified as a Level 1 Trauma and Teaching Client.
The facility has a total of 228 staffed beds.
Scrub colors will be provided.
Candidates must have experience in various surgical procedures including but not limited to: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Hernia repair (inguinal/umbilical), Total hip and knee replacements, and Laparoscopic assisted surgeries.
The role requires collaboration with multiple specialties including Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Neuro, Cardiovascular, Robotics, Bariatrics, Urology, and Gynecology.
Preferred equipment experience includes Neptune, Rezum, Beach Chair, Erbe, Phaco, and Robotics Xi.
Candidates will be expected to adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
