Travel Surgical Tech - $1,729 to $1,929 per week in Largo, FL

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room or surgical environment.
• Experience with general OR procedures and sterile technique. Client requires familiarity with perioperative instrumentation and instrument counts.
• Ability to adhere to facility scrub color policy and parking procedures as required by the site.
• Float requirement: candidate must be willing to treat designated psych/rehab satellite units as float assignments within the hospital system (client-specific).
• Preferred: CST with experience in a hospital with 200+ beds and exposure to freestanding ER support.

• Shift Hours: 05:30 - 18:00.
• Shift Pattern: Day shift coverage; mornings starting at 05:30 and extending into the afternoon.
