Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR
Assist in various surgical procedures including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
Maintain sterile environments and instruments within the operating room
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Prepare patients and equipment for surgical procedures
Monitor patients' conditions during surgery
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR
Certified Surgical Technician certification
Proven experience in the Operating Room, specifically in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures
A skill level of 3 or higher in specified areas
