They will assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing surgery. The role involves maintaining a sterile field and ensuring the operating room is equipped and ready for surgical procedures. They will work with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and provide assistance during procedures. Familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures is essential. The Surgical Tech will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness. Effective communication with team members and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Candidates must have the ability to function under pressure and make quick decisions during surgery. Prior experience in an operating room environment is required.
