Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

Provide technical support in operating room procedures including total joints, spine fusions, and craniotomies
Assist with general surgical, urology, and cardiovascular procedures including open heart surgeries
Operate and maintain equipment such as electrosurgical devices and patient positioning tools
Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

CST National certificate required
BLS certification
TN nursing license
Experience in circulating orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
Critical thinking and customer service skills
