Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

Assist in surgical procedures by ensuring the operating room is prepared and maintained to a high standard
Perform scrub duties and manage instruments and supplies during surgery
Ensure strict adherence to sterile protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a CST
NBSTA and DORA Certifications required prior to submission
BLS certification
Ortho/Joint experience
Preferred experience: Level I trauma and prior Meditech use
