Job Title: Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Technician Specialty: Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years License: Required Certifications: BLS-AHA; CERT-NBSTSA-CST (NBSTSA ONLY) Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience (2 years at a level 1) Experience in GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, and Microvascular cases Description: The position involves providing surgical assistance within the operating room. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience as a surgical technologist. Certifications must include BLS from AHA and CST from NBSTSA. Two years of level 1 trauma experience is required. Experience in specific surgical specialties such as GYN, Spine, Neuro, and others is essential. Registration with the state database is mandatory and must be renewed yearly. An online application is required for consideration. Proof of training and employment history will be necessary.
