Travel Surgical Tech - $1,886 per week in York, PA

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Operating Room Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required in multiple specialties, specifically Orthopedic, Thoracic, Vascular, and Robotics. Level I Trauma experience required. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: Must be certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). BLS certification required. Must-Have: Robotics, Vascular, and Thoracic surgical experience. Epic EMR experience required. Not accepting first-time travelers. Description: The position requires a surgical technologist with experience in multiple specialties. Candidates must have experience with Orthopedic, Thoracic, Vascular, and Robotics procedures. The job includes participation in surgical procedures within the operating room setting. Candidates must provide care for patients in compliance with all safety standards and protocols. Flexibility with scheduling is required, including 3-4 weekend shifts and 2-3 on-call shifts within a 6-week matrix. Candidates may need to float to sterile processing as required. This facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Candidates may be required to care for patients with COVID-19. This position does not allow for guaranteed block scheduling. Holiday availability will be on an as-needed basis. Holidays may require working day, evening, or night shifts. Candidates must pass a clinical review to determine fit for the position. Interdisciplinary support teams are available to assist in patient care. This evaluation is focused on the general operating room and does not include specific cardiac or neuroscience surgeries. Candidates are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and patient care.
